I've always been fascinated with the human body, human movement and the body’s ability to heal. I vividly remember watching and asking why people walked the way they did as a child. This fascination translated into my own life and movement therapy through dance, sport, competitive aerobics and into adulthood with yoga and HIIT exercise. Ultimately my fascination led me to Osteopathy, which I first experienced as a patient in the quest to find a modality to assist in healing my injuries and decrease my pain. I was instantly drawn to the holistic nature of Osteopathy, whereby it considers the entire human body. 

I relocated to the Byron Shire in 2019, leaving a legacy born in Feb 2006 in Sydney...for a life change which landed me in the Northern rivers with her beauty, the people, lifestyle and spirit! 

I have always taken the approach of “looking outside the box” in my clinical practice and am excited to work with practitioners from multiple modalities of healthcare in the shire with a similar ideal of holistic integrative health.

I enjoy working with the acute, chronic and complicated cases from the newborn to the elderly and all the different bodies in between. Osteopathy’s holistic approach of mind, body and spirit, focuses on the cause of pain, disease and dysfunction, not just the symptom(s) the patient presents with. It takes into consideration of the structures of the body and their interconnections affect the overall function (physically, mentally and emotionally).
